Raw Protein Isolate is a versatile protein suitable for the whole family, athletes or those who simply want to maintain their daily protein intake. This protein is based on ACO (Australian Certified Organic) organic sprouted and fermented plant protein from golden pea and brown rice. Due to the sprouting process, the protein contains many more beneficial compounds and is easily digestible. Fermentation is the chemical process of converting natural substances with the help of microorganisms (bacteria and yeast) and their enzymes into simpler substances that are easier for human digestion. This combination of processes also rids the protein of lectins, which are considered natural toxins.

Protein contains the full spectrum of essential amino acids (18), zinc, phosphorus and up to 86% of the recommended daily allowance of iron in a single serving. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis. Phosphorus and iron contribute to normal energy metabolism. Peas contain a large amount of BCAA amino acids and together with brown rice this protein an excellent source of protein, fiber, minerals and vitamins. The protein contains a high proportion of fibre, which is an important source of prebiotics (essential food for gut bacteria).

• Organic sprouted and fermented protein from Golden Pea and Brown Rice

Proteins are present in every cell of our body. They contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bone health. Organic yellow peas and brown rice are soaked before processing to activate the natural germination process. Germination reduces the presence of antinutrients such as phytic acid, which is not absorbable by humans. • Plant Digestive Enzyme (Bromelain)

Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal red blood cell and haemoglobin production, normal oxygen transport in the body and normal immune system function. It contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion and is involved in the process of cell division. Amazonia Raw Isolate Protein contains more than 50% of the recommended daily intake of iron.
