Raw Beauty Collagen Glow is a premium blend containing unique marine collagen. Collagen is the basic building material of connective tissues. Collagen makes up 75% of our skin and collagen production declines from the mid-twenties onwards. With 5,000 mg of highly bioavailable hydrolyzed marine collagen types I and III and 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function.

Marine collagen has a much better absorption rate than collagens of other origin. In comparison, marine (fish) collagen tends to be up to twice as absorbable as bovine and porcine collagen. This is because it has a much lower molecular weight due to its extraction.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. Our skin is made up of more than 75% collagen, which we gradually lose from about our mid-twenties onwards, and as we get older, the proportion of collagen in the body decreases. Collagen is present throughout the body. It contributes to the normal function of skin, bones, cartilage, gums, teeth and blood vessels. Marine Collagen is highly bioavailable compared to other sources and is absorbed much more quickly into the bloodstream. It contains primarily hydrolyzed type I and III collagen, which makes up the majority of our skin.

• Wildcrafted Sea Buckthorn Juice (provides 40 mg of vitamin C per dose) 

Sea buckthorn is extremely high in vitamin C, which contributes to the normal production of collagen for normal skin function. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, protecting cells from oxidative stress. It contributes to the reduction of the level of fatigue and exhaustion, increases the absorption of iron, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental activity.

• Organic Beetroot (100mg in one dose) 

Beetroot is particularly high in antioxidants. It contains betaine, minerals, such as potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, sodium, magnesium, iodine, copper, selenium, lithium and vitamins, especially of the B group or vitamins C and E. Other components include beta-carotene, rubidium, caesium, anthocyanins, the vegetable dye betanin, pectin and other substances. It is therefore an ideal complement to the Raw Beauty Collagen Glow blend.

• Organic Jerusalem Artichoke Inulin - prebiotic

Prebiotics are indigestible fibres that feed and nourish gut bacteria (probiotics).

• Natural sweeteners - erythritol, Stevia Leaf Extract 

Stevia leaf extract is much sweeter than conventional sugar and is only a natural sweetener. Erythritol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol that is obtained by fermentation. Its advantage is that it does not metabolize in the body in the same way as sugar and thus does not cause a rise in blood sugar levels.
